Optify is a photography and reels making competition that challenges contestants to capture the essence of a theme in a single photo or reel. The competition is open to everyone, from amateur photographers to seasoned professionals.

- Eligibility: OPEN FOR ALL (No Age Restriction)
- Date of competition: 27th-28th January 2024
- Venue: COEP TECH
- Team Size: Individual
- Registration Fees: 49 Rs/-
- Last date to register: 26th January 2024.
- Structure: The competition will be conducted throughout the 2 days of PSF, live presence of participant is required on day of shooting. Participants will submit their Reels and Photography through the drive link which will be provided on Whatsapp of the participant after registration.
Rules
- Reel/Image can be shot using any device available (Mobile phone, DSLR or point-and-shoot).
- Plagiarism will result in disqualification.
- Reel/Image can be shot in any arena without disturbing the participants of the ongoing competition. Inclusion of participant can be done by their consent only.
- Vulgarity and obscenity at any point are strictly not allowed.
- The sole copyright of the artwork remains with the creators, but PSF has the right of promoting the content on social media platforms and other print media.
- Participants can shoot their reel/Image on all the two days or either of the two days of the festival.
- The reel limit should be 30 - 90 seconds of time.
- Submit no more than 3 photos per participant.
- Photos and reels must showcase content relevant to the PSF only.
Submission Rules
- Video format : MP4, MOV.
- Image format : PDF , JPEG .
- Reel must be named “Optify_ParticipantName”.
- Reel size should not exceed 200MB.
- If the submission is via Drive link, Folder should be uploaded to your personal Google Drive. Access permission must be given to “Anyone with a link can view/edit”.
- The link to your Personal Google Drive should be uploaded to the form shared to you on Whatsapp. The Access permission should be given as stated above.
- Reel submitted should be clearly visible for judging.
- Submit your photographs and reels by January 28th, 1:00 PM.
